Sea Bridge Villa sits on just over one acre of beach front property, it is located in Judith's Fancy, an exclusive, gated community with round the clock security on the island of St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands.
This is one of the most talked about properties on St. Croix. What makes this property unlike any other is the distinctive entry. A bridge still exists over the original salt water pool which leads you into a courtyard. Plans call for a three bedroom three bathroom villa with a guest house. Many of the walls still exist that are made from coral found on the beaches of St. Croix and are no longer available today. The villa was originally designed by John Randal McDonald (AIA), a Frank Lloyd Wright protégé, whose work is world renown. Although Caribbean luxury homes were his specialty, he also designed homes in other locations for such well known entertainers and sports stars as Jimmy Connors, Perry Como, James Garner, Bjorn Borg and Maureen O'Hara.
